Step-by-step: BotFather to Live Bot

1 Open Telegram and search for @BotFather, then send /newbot and follow the prompts to name your bot.
2 BotFather replies with an API token — keep this private. It's what BotHost uses as your BOT_TOKEN.
3 On BotHost, create a project, connect your GitHub repo (or upload a ZIP), and add BOT_TOKEN under Environment Variables.
